We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday - Wednesday:  7:45a.m. to 4:45p.m.
Thursday:  8:45a.m. - 6:00p.m.
Friday:  Staff training and continuing education

We also have a variety of payment options available to our patients.

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment, but we do understand that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment.

Payment Plans

Our office offers a variety of payment options, one that will be created by our experienced staff to help fit your budget. Payment options include monthly payments spread out over the course of treatment, payment-in-full with a 5% bookkeeping discount, and even a no-down-payment option. Payments can be made by either automatic draft from your checking account, savings account or credit card. We also file and accept payment from your insurance company.

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Our office will be more than happy to work with you and your insurance company to help you through the process of filing and collecting your benefits.
